How can I make a return?
Fensible is happy to provide you with a 15 day money-back guarantee. That means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund you the full amount you paid. Beyond 15 days, we are unable to process any refunds. We encourage you to still reach out to us, however, so that we can receive feedback and improve. What if my product arrives damaged?
Of course damages can occur during shipment. We recognize that this is no fault of the customer and want to make this right for you! If your product arrives damaged, missing pieces, or does not meet your expectations, simply initiate a return within your 15 day money-back guarantee window.
How strong is the gate?
The gate is made from an aluminum alloy with PVC mesh. It can be attached directly to your wall, door frame, etc. with the included hardware. It is reasonably strong; suited for most small pets and children under 2 years old. It is up to each customer’s discretion if this gate is the right fit for their specific needs and home.
